Dispatch Times

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm, excluding public holidays.

As soon as your order is packed and on its way, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Standard Shipping – $10 flat rate
Typically delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Free Shipping
Automatically applied to orders over $80.

New Zealand – $15 flat rate
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days.

Rest of the World – $30 flat rate
Estimated delivery time: 10–15 business days.

Orders shipped outside Australia may incur import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by the destination country.

These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the recipient at the time of delivery.
